Planning is the key to any successful operation or mission. The Strategic Resources, Inc Team provides planners that are not only familiar with the Forces Command (FORSCOM) Mobilization and Deployment Series (FORMDEPS) but are also well versed and trained in the use of the Military Decision Making Process.

The highly trained personnel provided by the Strategic Resources, Inc Team not only create the conditions for success in the areas of:

- Housing and feeding of Soldiers
- Facilitating the Soldier Readiness Process (SRP)
- Plan and coordinate the processing and movement of the mobilizing unit's vehicles and equipment from Mobilization station to the Aerial Port of Embarkation or the Sea Port of Embarkation.
- Assist the Mobilization Assistance Team (MAT) with planning and resourcing individual and collective training
- Actively participate in the validation of the mobilizing unit
- Plan, coordinate and oversee the deployment of the mobilizing unit

We can also provide the necessary "Read Ahead" materials not only for senior leaders but also for the mobilizing unit command and staff.
