SRI Wins IMCS II IDIQ Vehicle

This ITEC4-W Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract vehicle will provide communication systems operation and maintenance (O&M) services to potentially 93 Army Directorates of Information Management (DOIMs).

Under the Information Management Communications Services II (IMCS II) IDIQ contracting vehicle SRI will provide a range of support services, including:

  • System Maintenance
  • Help Desk Assistance
  • Software Installation
  • Hardware and Software Troubleshooting
  • Web Master Support
Video Teleconferencing (VTC) Support
Defense Message Switching Operations
Technical Control Facility Operations and Maintenance
Installation Infrastructure Configuration Management including CAD Engineering Support
Land Mobile Radio Network Management and Control System Management

This $500M contracting vehicle is available to all 93 CONUS Army DOIMs.
