SRI Awarded CMMI Level 3

(SRI) has achieved the Software Engineering Institute’s (SEI) Capability Maturity Model® Integration (CMMI®) for Development, Maturity Level 3, satisfying the new Version 1.2 evaluation requirements. The CMMI® is an internationally recognized evaluation standard for assessing development practices. SEI is a federally funded research and development center sponsored by the U.S. Department of Defense and operated by Carnegie Mellon University. The university manages the CMMI® appraisal process.

The assessment encompassed a thorough review of project management, engineering, support, and process management practices on a variety of projects.
