• Information Management Communications Services II

  (IMCS II)
  

  This ITEC4-W IDIQ contract vehicle provides communication systems operation and maintenance (O&M) services to potentially 93 Army Directorate of Information Managements (DOIMs). Services range from Administrative Telephone Services (ATS) such as Switchboard Console Operations; Inside/Outside Plant; and Customer Services; and Information Technology Services such as LAN administration and system maintenance, help desk assistance, software installation, hardware and software troubleshooting, and web master support; video teleconferencing (VTC) support; Defense Message Switching operations; Technical Control Facility operations and maintenance; configuration management of the installation infrastructure to include CAD engineering support and Land Mobile Radio network management.
  

• CONUS Support Base Services (CSBS)

  The CSBS IDIQ is designed to provide flexible capability to obtain Mobilization, Deployment, and Demobilization services. IMCOM initiated the CSBS contract to better sustain the total force by providing comprehensive Power Projection Platforms and Power Support Platforms installation support to replace Reserve Component (RC) Soldiers and units formerly augmenting garrison staffs for Mobilization, Deployment, and Demobilization.

• Field and Installation Readiness Support Team (FIRST)

  The Field and Installation Readiness Support Team (FIRST) contracting vehicle serves as an enterprise solution to provide innovative and responsive logistics support to meet the evolving mission needs of the warfighter. The scope of the vehicle includes task areas that define functional and programmatic services that may be required by Headquarters Army Material Command (AMC); Headquarters, Forces Command (HQ FORSCOM); Headquarters Installation Management Command (IMCOM) (Logistics); Headquarters, U.S. Army Reserve Command (HQ USARC); Headquarters, Third Army U.S. Army Central Command (ARCENT), Headquarters, U.S. First Army, and all other Army or Department of Defense (DOD) Agencies. Services are performed both CONUS and OCONUS.
