Key Executives
Rose A. McElrath-Slade, President & CEO and Founder
Before founding SRI, Ms. McElrath-Slade worked in senior management positions for companies such as Honeywell, Planning Research Corporation, Litton, Tracor, Chemical Abstracts, and the University of Cincinnati. She has over 20 years of experience in software development, strategic planning and human resources management, telecommunications, and publications services.
Ms. McElrath-Slade has a Bachelors Degree in Business from the University of Cincinnati and a Masters Degree in Management from Ohio State University. She received a Masters of Divinity Degree from the Howard University School of Divinity in May 2003 and has begun work toward her Doctorate of Divinity. Ms. McElrath-Slade is an ordained minister who is active within her own congregation and nationally in faith-based outreach communities. She is a graduate of the Leadership Washington class and the Business Executive Program from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
Ms. McElrath-Slade has received numerous awards and recognitions including Women of Color Technology Award and the Women of Enterprise Award, a national award sponsored by Avon and the U.S. Small Business Administration. She has been repeatedly named One of the Twenty-five Most Influential Minority Women in Business.
Ms. McElrath-Slade served as a panelist for the White House Teleconference Video on Women in Business and served on the White House Focus Group on Women Entrepreneurs for the White House Conference on Small Business and Entrepreneurship in the Twenty-first Century.
National exposure has come through features on PBS, CNN, Lou Dobbs Your Money, and First Business. She is profiled and included in Deborah Rosado Shaw's book, Dream Big! A Roadmap for Facing Life's Challenges and Creating the Life You Deserve. Ms. McElrath-Slade was also used as a key advisor for African-American author Connie Briscoe's novel Big Girls Don’t Cry.
Ms. McElrath-Slade has created and established several non-profit organizations that have provided value and service to both the business world and local communities. In 2000, Ms. McElrath-Slade founded a new non-profit, multi-cultural, non-denominational Christian organization, Sisters United in Christ, which globally unites people of all faiths in uplifting and glorifying God through its Lewis Institute for Spiritual Formation and actively reaches out to individuals who are most in need through its McElrath-Slade Wholeness Institute, addressing the necessity for physical, emotional, mental, social, and economic wholeness in individuals.
Ms. McElrath-Slade served for seven years on the Inova Health System Foundation, as a board member, executive committee member, and officer and was the creator and driving force behind Inova’s first Women's Philanthropic Health Network. This group brought together successful professional women throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area on behalf of women's and children's health issues. As chair of the founding committee, Ms. McElrath-Slade was influential in bringing organization, vision, membership, and financial support to the network organization.
Mark Patterson, Vice President, Human Capital
Mark Patterson joined SRI in May 2007 as SRI’s Director of Army Programs, in 2011 Mark was promoted to Vice President, Human Capital. A retired Colonel in the United States Army, Mark has experience in managing both large and small organizations in a variety of positions in the United States, Germany and Korea. As Vice President, Human Capital, Mark manages contracts that include HRsolutions and CONUS Support Base Services (CSBS). HRsolutions includes a variety of contracts in support of Army personnel and family services including: Installation Adjutant Generals; Finance Battalions; Injured Advocate Program; Army Community Services; New Parent Support; Family Readiness Groups; Medical Readiness, and Multi-component Family Support Programs. CSBS contract support provides mobilization and demobilization support to Active and Reserve component units deploying around the world.
Danielle Muhammad, Director of Proposal Development
Danielle Muhammad joined SRI in 1994 and has held several different positions in the organization throughout her tenure. Danielle currently serves as the Director of Proposal Development, responsible for oversight and management of all corporate proposal submittals in pursuit of new contracts. Danielle is a member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) and is also a certified ISO 9001 Auditor.
Lin Mo, Controller
Lin Mo has supported the SRI Accounting department since 1999. Currently, Lin serves as SRI's Controller and is responsible for managing corporate finances and supporting the President with budget and forecasting analysis. Lin's expertise has aided SRI in maintaining a financially solid infrastructure and consistent compliance with DCAA regulations. She holds a Masters Degree in Accounting.
Jack Dadlani, Director of Business Development
Jack Dadlani is our Director of Business Development. He has 22 years of experience working with the Federal Government. Jack has worked in Business Development positions at Ernst & Young, General Dynamics and STG. In addition, he has managed large programs at DISA, IRS and the DOJ. Jack is a licensed attorney and a member of the District of Columbia Bar. He has also served as a court appointed mediator for the Circuit Court of Maryland. Jack received a Bachelor of Arts in English & Theology from Boston College and a Juris Doctorate from Boston College Law School.
Idriss Fofana, Director of Quality Systems
Throughout his career, Idriss Fofana has served in many roles both as an engineer and a senior manager. Idriss started his career as a reliability engineer qualifying parts in the microelectronics industry. After working many years as a Failure Analysis Engineer and Quality Engineer in the manufacturing and telecommunication industries, Idriss assumed management roles in the service industry providing business process re-engineering expertise to federal government and private industry customers. Idriss is currently the Director of Quality Systems at SRI, in charge of process improvement, ISO Certification, CMMI model implementation and maintenance and program management methodology.
