Rose A. McElrath-Slade

Rose A. McElrath-Slade is the Founder, President, and CEO of Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI), a multi-million dollar management consulting, information systems, telecommunications, and engineering and logistical support services firm.

She has a Bachelors degree in Management from the University of Cincinnati, a Masters degree in Management from the Ohio State University and a Masters degree from Howard University School of Divinity.

Before starting her own company, Ms. McElrath-Slade worked in senior management positions for companies such as Honeywell, Planning Research Corporation, Litton, Tracor, Chemical Abstracts, and the University of Cincinnati. While gaining over 20 years of Government contracting experience in software development, strategic planning and human resources management, telecommunications and publications services, she was repeatedly recognized by these companies as well as the business community for her expertise, leadership skills, and other contributions.

Now, as the President of SRI, Ms. McElrath-Slade manages a staff of professionals worldwide with backgrounds in material sciences, engineering, computer sciences, human resources and applied social science. Led by her example, SRI has won business with Fortune 500 clients such as MCI, AARP, BlueCross BlueShield, American Nurses Association, and Freddie Mac, as well as with Federal clients such as NASA, FDA, IRS, and the Departments of Army, Air Force, HUD, Veterans Affairs, Treasury and many others.
